Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your service order up to 10 days before the service starts, for any reason.

Once services have been consumed, they are non-refundable. However, for any future sessions that have not yet been delivered, you may request a refund.

To cancel or request a refund for future sessions, please notify us via a clear statement by email at ContactMe@JeyhunNasibbayli.com.

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as the original order. No additional fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds:

In order for future sessions to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

The service was purchased within the last 30 days.

The refund request is made for sessions that have not yet been consumed.

The following services cannot be refunded:

Sessions that have already been completed or consumed.

Customized or personalized coaching plans that have been tailored specifically for you.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any services that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunding Services:

You are responsible for contacting us regarding any refund requests for future sessions. Please notify us by email at ContactMe@JeyhunNasibbayli.com.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues in communication that may affect the refund process. Therefore, we recommend keeping a record of your request. Refunds will only be issued for unconsumed sessions.

Gifts:

If the service was purchased as a gift and transferred to you, any eligible refund will be issued as a gift credit. Once the refund is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the service was not marked as a gift or the original purchaser intended to give it to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
